Jennifer Chaikin

Jennifer Chaikin, MSN, MHA, RN-BC, CCRN, was the executive director of educational initiatives at OnCourse Learning Corporation. She is responsible for managing the educational design, content creation, and faculty for the educational initiatives and other live educational events for OnCourse Healthcare Group. Chaikin has an extensive background in both pediatric critical care and nursing professional development throughout her 18-year nursing career. She has been a clinical nurse educator for various facilities, most recently Georgetown University Hospital in Washington D.C. Chaikin is certified by the AACN in pediatric critical care, and by the ANCC in nursing professional development. Jennifer currently serves as an accreditation appraiser for the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Chaikin is an accomplished nursing author and editor, and most recently wrote the Ethics and Legal Principles chapter for the National Nursing Staff Development Organization Core Curriculum for Nursing Professional Development. She has frequently presented on topics related to her expertise at local, regional and national conferences. She holds a dual masters in nursing and in healthcare administration, with a concentration in nursing education.
