Deborah Maust Martin, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, FACHE, has over 25 years of experience in healthcare including 10 years as a system executive serving as System Director of Professional Practice and Development in the Clinical Delivery Department for a large healthcare system, as well a wide variety of operational director roles. Locations of practice include tertiary referral and teaching hospitals, community hospital (member of a Catholic healthcare system), and a large not-for-profit healthcare system.� She is a member of several national nursing committees related to nursing practice that impacts patient safety and quality outcomes.
