Carmen Hench

Carmen Hench, RN, is an infection control nurse at Santa Clara County (Calif.) Health and Hos-pital System, a Stanford University associated hospital. She is certified in infection control and is active in the Association of Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC). Hench has presented programs on infection control topics and published articles on chickenpox, pertus-sis, scabies, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, meningitis and tuberculosis.
