Brenda Cleary

Brenda Cleary, RN, PhD, FAAN, served as the inaugural director of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded Center to Champion Nursing in America, which provided background materials and technical support during the IOM Committee on the Future of Nursing and continues to support the Campaign for Action. Cleary serves on the statewide advisory boards of the North Carolina Action Coalition and Regional Increases in Baccalaureate Nurses Project.
