Amy Keller, MS, RD, LD, is a registered dietitian, speaker, and author on celiac disease and the gluten-free diet. She facilitates the Logan County Celiac Support Group in Bellefontaine, Ohio and also consults one-on-one with those with celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity. She is a frequent contributor to consumer and professional publications and is a past chair of the Dietitians in Gluten Intolerance Diseases practice group for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
