North Carolina nurse named fellow of gerontological society

Laurie Kennedy-Malone, GNP-BC, PhD, FAANP, a professor of nursing at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, has been named a fellow by the Gerontological Society of America. GSA fellowship — the highest class of membership — was awarded to Kennedy-Malone for her "outstanding and continuing work" in the field of gerontology, according to a news release. Read more »

Pedal to the metal
