Position Summary:

Performs annual employee health screenings, including TB skin testing, to employees. Performs new hire and non-employee physical assessments and injury/illness assessments. Provides vaccinations and laboratory screening per Employee Health policy and procedure ad CDC recommendations. Performs intakes and triage. Participates in employee wellness programs as appropriate.

Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:

High School or equivalent.

2 years previous patient care experience required. Prefer experience in Occupational Health, Occupational Medicine and / or Employee Health in a hospital setting.

Current California License Vocational Nurse (LVN) License.

Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Basic computer skills with PeopleSoft and Excel.
