Volunteer (Unpaid) - Patient and Guest Services

This non-paid position entails volunteering as a Patient and Guest Services Representative helping out in various areas throughout the hospital. The person in this role serves as a primary contact to patients, family members, or visitors entering the hospital. The volunteer provides information to, directs or escorts hospital patrons to locations of services throughout WHC. Seeks to solve patient/visitor problems and/or complaints or refers to other personnel. The volunteer who will serve in this role must be professional, reliable, mature and flexible to meet the needs of this busy department and must be customer service oriented.
