Description:Maxim Healthcare’s Madison, WI office is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs for a facility opportunity in New Lisbon, WI. We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic individual and someone who wants to work within a correctional facility. This is a contract position which is set up for a three month period but are interested in it becoming permanent. At this time, Day (7:30-4) shifts are available Monday through Friday on a Full Time schedule. All RNs and LPNs who have been licensed for at least one year are encouraged to apply. - Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
- Reliable transportation
