· Provides direct clinical social work services or psychological counseling/psychotherapy to patients and their families as part of a multidisciplinary team. Completes psychosocial assessments, intake evaluations, outpatient assessments, patient treatment plans, facilitates group therapy, family/individual therapy; and assists in program development and implementation.Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline is required. Approximately two years of experience in assessing, diagnosing and developing treatment plans for psychiatric patients. Experience facilitating patients' access to community resources and conducting therapeutic groups is required. D.C. Licensure as a social worker or as a Licensed Professional Counselor is required.
