Responsible for the direction of Float Pool Staff. Manages RN, LPN, NA's, Unit Secretaries and agencies. Serves as a liaison, between Float Pool and other departments, to facilitate staffing need.

Qualifications
Training commensurate with the RN licensure and current RN license in NC require. BSN preferred. Minimum 3 years nursing experience required; 5years preferred. Must have experience in supervision. CPR according to CCH policy; ACLS, PALS. Other Minimum Abilities / Aptitudes: Basic PC Skills . Effective Communication Skills. Able to work on smoke-free campus. Ability for critical thinking; Ability to be flexible organized and function under stressful situations; Ability to work collaboratively and develop team effectiveness; Ability to problem solve .
