· Under the direction of the Vice President, Heart and Vascular Services, and the Medical Directors of the Cath Labs and EP Labs, plans, directs, manages and coordinates administrative functions. Directs and manages practice operations, strategic business planning, program development, revenue cycle and marketing. Works with clinical leadership, nursing management, senior management, and others to advance the strategic and operational interests of the Washington Hospital Center. Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration or directly related discipline is required. Approximately five to six years of progressively more responsible job related experience in hospital administration or management of a large business operation. No special certification, registration, or licensure required.
