This position is responsible for administering post hire screenings; participating in drug free workplace protocols; ensuring hospital employees are free of communicable disease by annual TB surveillance and providing immunizations; ability to adequately perform phlebotomy procedures, counseling and testing after a blood and/or body fluid exposure; evaluating and treating employees as well as assisting with ADA accommodations; providing counseling, intervention and referrals for employees and managing day to day functions of the Employee Health Office, including the coordination with the Worker’s Compensation Program. When necessary, this individual will provide coverage to other Employee Health Offices and the Pre-Employment Office.

Bachelor Science Nursing BSN. Florida RN and BLS Certification. Five years demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, phlebotomy and staff education are required. Experience in a clinical setting and Emergency Department or Critical Care experienced preferred.
