Reporting to the Executive Director of NCH MG Operations, the Director of Quality is responsible for overseeing all medical group site clinical operations, clinical staff development, performance management for daily clinical operations, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines and quality standards. Develops and implements best practice standards as It relates to staffing, resources and training. Also serves as clinical leader liaison to implement ACO activities to improve quality of care.

c. Develops and implements Care Team strategy
d. Determines staffing levels to meet ACO case management attribution
e. Develops and implements initiatives to support ACO activities
f. Direct supervision over care management team
g. Dotted line over Clinic Supervisor
h. Hospitalist team management including TCM
i. Policies, Procedures, Protocols
j. Develops and prepares regular special reports and analysis relating to Case Management, CQI
k. Over sees activities of Clinical Informatic and IT on Quality indicators
l. Oversees clinical MGU activities including POC and CLIA supervision
m. In conjunction with VP & ED, assists in development of short an dlong term goals and initiatives and supports budget process that aligns with goals
n. Oversees educational needs of the department
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or BSN in progress.
2. Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible management level experience overseeing operations in an ambulatory healthcare setting required.
3. Valid Illinois driver’s license.
