SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate and coordinate the Magnet designation/redesignation process within the organization, including writing the Magnet application, documentation, demographic and interim reports, demonstrating well organized evidence of rigorous structures, processes and outcomes
Coordinate data management to support Magnet requirements
Maintain knowledge and expertise on all aspects of the Magnet program
Articulate concepts related to the Magnet model, rationale, associated literature; foundational concepts of the Sources of Evidence (SOEs) and Empirical Outcomes (EOs); and relationship of Magnet to TJC, federal, stare and other regulatory agencies
Bachelor's degree from a school of Nursing required, master's or doctorate in nursing preferred.
Experience with the Magnet Recognition Program preferred.
Experience as a Magnet Program Director preferred.
Experience as a Magnet Appraiser preferred.
Experience in project management and process/systems improvement required.
Experience in utilization of data software applications required.
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of MN required.
