Our ideal candidate will have proven experience in program development and operational excellence that is centered on patient & family focused care. This leader must be able to evaluate the cross-continuum of care in outpatient, inpatient, crisis-consultation, and sub-acute services for quality outcomes.
This leader must have skill leading in a high stakes, fast paced environment where they can develop trust and work with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professional. Experience and interest using data, outcomes, and metrics to advance clinical outcomes, team goals, and business operations needs is a must.
Proven written and verbal communication skills are required for proficiency in this leadership role. The ideal candidate will be a person with examples of self-motivation and team leadership that advances outcomes toward organizational goals.
Required:Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience. Three years progressively responsible management experience, preferably in mental health and/or chemical dependency delivery system
Master’s degree preferred.
