Position will primarily cover areas of Princeton, Milaca and St. Cloud, Minn.
Provides patient- and family- centered care through The Compass: St. Cloud Hospital’s Nursing Professional Practice Model to achieve the hospital mission of improving the health and quality of life that reflects the healing mission of Jesus. Age appropriate care is provided to patients and families. Implements and abides by Customer Service Standards for a superior patient experience. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Baccalaureate or Masters in Nursing preferred. Certifications strongly recommended.
Knowledge of nursing standards, policies, procedures, and ethics required. Minimum of two years experience in an acute care setting, at least one year as a registered nurse. Previous experience in home care, terminally ill patients or public health preferred.

Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required prior to completion of unit orientation.
Reliable transportation required. A valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required.
