Position summary



 



The CNA works under the direction of the RN.  The scope of responsibilities include: data collection related to patient care, administering treatments and procedures, communicating patient responses of the care provided to the RN.  Under no circumstances may the CNA delegate tasks or supervise other members of the health team.  The CNA will assume personal accountability for organizational mission, core and values.



 



Education requirements



 




  • High School Diploma or GED



 



Work experience requirements



 




  • Minimum of 1year acute care experience and the ability to work either med/surg or at least 2 specialty units preferred.
