We are currently seeking a Full Time Nurse Practitioner Clinical Manager to join our new Crystal Run Cardiology Practice that will have three MD’s from Crystal Run Healthcare from Hudson Valley join Mount Sinai St. Lukes Hospital in creating a private practice in affiliation with our Cardiology division at 114th street between Amsterdam and Morningside Drive.
In this position, you would be assisting 3 MD’s, two from Electrophysiology and another from Card Cath lab in ordering appropriate laboratory, radiologic, and other diagnostic studies ;provide patient care services in office and hospital setting; obtain health history, perform physical exam, and construct problem list; coordinate pre-hospital evaluation for admission, schedules procedures and follow-up visits; initiate consultations and referrals and prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines and diagnose and treat patients in collaboration with the supervising MD.
In order to qualify for this position, you must be a have a valid NYS RN license and registration, MSN from an accredited institution, a minimum of three years of progressive nursing leadership experience in the designated area/s and minimum three years of managerial experience. Prefer certification in the area of expertise or appropriate documentation towards certification.
