Job Description: 

RN Resource Team

**Hire on bonus of $1500, and relocation assistance available for experienced Labor and Delivery RNs who meet the minimum qualifications.** 

The primary function of this job is to be available and flexible to float to various sites throughout Legacy Health and provide care to Women's Services patients.Participates as a member of the health care team in cooperation with and under the direction of a clinical manager or designee as defined by the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse. The RN Resource Team assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Legacy Health including those for patient assessment and transfer.This job is paid at a flat rate plus appropriate differentials while working. The RN Resource Team is paid to be available to pick up extra shifts and as such is ineligible for Legacy Shift Incentive.  

 
Job Qualifications: 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:As required by licensure. BSN preferred.

Experience:Three years registered nursing experience required. Three years recent labor and delivery experience including one year high risk labor & delivery/antepartum experience strongly preferred; 3 years perinatal experience (with 6 months Neonatal Resuscitation specialist experience) strongly preferred. American Heart Association OB-ACLS, BLS, NRP required at time of hire.

Licensure:Both Oregon and Washington state RN licensure required at time of hire.

Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community. Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
