As an Accolade Health Assistant, you will have the opportunity to become a trusted and reliable resource who assists our clients with any issues related to their health and health benefits, wellness education, and disease management. You will have the ability to provide caring and compassionate customer service to those individuals who are in need of it the most.
Engaging with clients and building trusting relationships with them
Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls related to various topics such as: benefits and claims questions, problems and escalations, medical education and counseling, and medical treatment decision support
Act as the client’s advocate for organizing activities and resources that will enable them to get the right care at the right time
- Bachelors’ Degree OR 5+ years’ of relevant, progressive experience
- Computer literacy at an intermediate or advanced level
