Responsibilities:
Facilitates development, analysis and reporting of clinical quality and operational data for the Surgical Services leadership. Facilitates the integration of data, information and knowledge to support Surgical Services operations. Participates in Surgical Services improvement projects in order to support the data collection, analysis and reporting needs for these projects. Supports and provides key quality data to Physicians to help drive safety and quality in the Surgical Service environment. Maintains Surgical Services Dashboards. Other duties as assigned.

Summary:
Two years of database management experience or work experience in monitoring and producing quality data in a business or hospital setting is required.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare related field required.

Other information:
Ability to collect data from the Electronic Health Record and other clinical applications. Knowledge of data storage, retrieval systems and report writing. Expert skill level in Microsoft Access. Knowledge of Statistics. Demonstrates effective verbal, written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills.
