    Applicants to this position must have a minimum of three years of recent experience as an RN in a hospital based Critical Care Unit and Current RN License for the state of Georgia. BLS and ACLS required.

    *The Patient Care Facilitator Role (PCF) is a new role which incorporate the many roles of the nurse including Leadership, Education, and Performance improvement  into a Bedside Capable Leader focused on the whole of the patient population and staff in a small group environment.  This is the next step in Bedside Nursing Leadership.
