Full Time Program Manager (RN)
7:00 am - 4:00 pm; five (5) days/week
The department of Perioperative Services is a multi-specialty department providing technologically advances and cutting edge procedures for all age group, from infants to geriatric patients, serving both the inpatient and ambulatory population. The surgical specialities are General, GYN, Head/Neck, Plastics, Urology, Endovascular, Vascular, Thoracic, Orthopedics, Hand, Spine, Caridiac, Neuro and Pain Management.
In this position the chosen candidate will be directing, implementing and evaluating the surgical service and practice in the operating room on a 24-hour basis for a specified specialty. S/he will also be responsible for staffing, inventory control and service delivery system.
NYS RN with at least 5 years OR experience and BSN and BCLS. Specialty cerftification required within 1 year. Managerial exp and Master’s degree preferred.
