Nursing Supervisor- Per diem

Responsible for the administration and clinical management of patient care for units druing a specific shift.  Act as representative for hospital administration.  Provide direction in crises and emergency situations.

Requires:   NYS RN with 3 years of relevant nursing clinical experience with proven progressive leadership responsibilities.  BSN required and Master's Degree preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal  and communication skills is essential.   Previous supervisory experience preferred as well as Certification in area of expertise.
