Mount Sinai Roosevelt Hospital is seeking Per Diem Lactation Specialist for Maternal Child Health
The Lactation Specialist coordinates the Lactation Program; acts as a resource for other units with breastfeeding concerns, provides breastfeeding orientation and educational services for staff members and other interested individuals/groups.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as the Lactation Consultant/Educator.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Licensed and currently registered to practice as a Registered Professiona Nurse in New York State.
- IBCLC certification, current and renewed every 5 years
- NRP certification
