Widely respected for our high quality care, we are also known for reaching out to the diverse communities we serve — communities where many of our employees live. Our exceptional staff enjoys the family feel that comes from working with friends and neighbors, while benefiting from the tremendous support, stability and resources needed to help them grow and advance. Our success is also attributed to a strong leadership team that brings together outstanding clinical resources and reinforces our service traditions — ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients. We are seeking the following Nurse Leader to join our team.

The Mount Sinai Health System is an integrated health care system providing exceptional medical care to our local and global communities. Encompassing the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and seven hospital campuses in the New York metropolitan area, as well as a large, regional ambulatory footprint, Mount Sinai is acclaimed internationally for its excellence in research, patient care, and education across a range of specialties. The Mount Sinai Health System was created from the combination of The Mount Sinai Medical Center and Continuum Health Partners, which both agreed unanimously to combine the two entities in July 2013.

We are committed to recruiting and retaining the most skilled and caring professionals for our patients. We do this by investing in our employees, offering them a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage, a 403 (b) retirement plan, and much, much more.

We have also made it a priority to develop diversity initiatives that encourage a welcoming workplace environment. We promote recognition and respect for individual and cultural differences, and we work to make our associates feel valued and appreciated, whatever their race, gender, background or sexual orientation.
