Provide leadership to the department in specified areas as assigned by the Director of Case Management and CFO

Identify needs and develop CM Care Paths as needed for improvement of team resource utilization processes. Complete at least one CM Care Path annually.
Meet deadline dates for projects and committees.
Review and revise, Departmental P&P's every September and submit completed policies to Director of Case Management for signature.
Manage the balance of staffing assignment of units and ability to complete Lead/Senior CM responsibilities effectively.
Maintain appropriate staffing ratios.
As an example to staff; knowledgeable in computer skills; or ability and willingness to attain expertise within next year. This includes MS Outlook, Portal (to manage and find CM documents), Excel (to compile


Qualifications

  • Florida RN license
  • 5 + years in case management in a hospital setting strongly pref.
  • BLS req.
  • knowledge of Excel and Word a strong plus
