The Registered Nurse will organize and facilitate the delivery of nursing care to a group of patients in compliance with hospital and nursing service policies, procedures, and Standards of Care/Practice.
Maintains knowledge of all new interventions, supplies, medications and equipment in the Cardiovascular field. Ensures that all lab work, H&P, pre-procedure assessment right consent, advance directives are all within normal parameters and are placed in the chart.
Adheres to hospital Policy and Procedure; Maintains knowledge of all diagnostic tests and reports abnormalities appropriately to the physicians; Other responsibilities/duties as assigned by Unit Leader/Manager.
• Current Florida Nursing License
• Current BLS, ACLS Certifications Required
• CVRN, CCRN Certifications Preferred
• Minimum one year of CV experience required and or one year of ER or ICU experience.
