The CDU Nurse Manager is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the department. The management functions will be in collaboration with the Dept Director, and others and are performed in accordance with Suburban Hospital's philosophy, policies, procedures and standards. Medical/Surgical experience. ED experience a plus but not required.
BSN required or commitment to obtain within six months of appointment
Current Maryland RN license
Certification in specialty area preferred
Minimum three years current clinical experience in the specialty area.
