Practice personal accountability and leads staff to personal accountability for the organizational mission and core values. Assumes twenty-four hour responsibility for the operations of the unit in order that quality patient care will be delivered in the most cost effective manner.
Current Colorado RN License.
Must have a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. Masters Preferred.
Certification in Critical Care Preferred.
Minimum of 2 Years of leadership/management experience with preferrence to a level I Trauma Center
Minimum of 5 years experience in a critical care setting level I ICU experience preferred.
Certifcations: Current BLS and ACLS from Americal Heart Association. PALS or ENPC. TNCC.
Willing to work evening and night shifts and week days and weekends when required
