Job Summary/Purpose:

The Quality of Life (QoL)) clinic RN is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility for providing patient focused health care.  The clinic nurse will utilize assessment, communication skills, and problem solving techniques to deliver quality care.  The clinic nurse will also be responsible for the knowledge and technical skill needed to operate a variety of mechanical devices to accomplish this task.  The clinic nurse is accountable for the age groups (average age group populations includes adolescents, adult and geriatrics) as defined in the scope of care.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse Licensure
  • Minimum two years medical/surgical or oncology experience preferred
  • Previous acute care experience desirable
  • ONS certification preferred
