Assess patient/family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations. Functions independently within the Cath Lab for diagnostic, interventional, elective and emergent procedures and/or rotates to the Holding/CSS unit as assigned. Takes calls and works holidays as assigned.

Two (2) years experience within a critical care setting/unit or interventional radiology suite. One (1) year related interventaional cardiac catherization experience. ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Basic Computer Skills including MS Office Suites. Strong cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring, intra-aortic balloon pump skills. Current AZ State RN License in good standing. Current BLS card. ACLS card within 6 months of hire.
