Reading Hospital, the flagship facility of Reading Health System, is seeking an experienced Nurse Educator to join the team. The RN Educator will participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of orientation and staff development programs for all personnel in the inpatient Critical Care division.
- PA RN licensure and MSN degree are required.
- Ability to oversee and direct education and mentoring in order to improve staff and patient outcomes is imperative to your success in this role.
- Teaching experience is preferred; three years of staff and/or supervisory nursing accepted.
