This position requires 3 to 5 years of current nursing management experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Current clinical knowledge and skill in a Surgical Services department. Bachelor of Science or in a BSN Program within one year. Candidates must have a CaliforniaR.N. license and AHA BLS.



The incumbent is accountable on a 24-hour basis for the organization, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in the perioperative services (MSJMC OR, Trauma Services,Anesthesia, Cardiac Surgery). The incumbent shall demonstrate behaviors consistent with the core (Mercy) values in support with Mercy San Juan Medical Center and the Mission and Philosophy of Dignity Health.
