Varied shifts, supplemental position



TheHouse Supervisorserves as the administrative liaison for the facility during the assigned shift which includes providing leadership expertise in the management of patient care, supervising staff, providing clinical guidance and interpreting and implementing established hospital and departmental policies and procedures. TheHouse Supervisorwill function as or coordinate the activities of other departments (primarily ancillary) in the absence of management of those departments.



REQUIREMENTS:


Current CA RN licensure


5years recent hospital nursing practice experience


Verbal and written communication skills and computer skills


Certification in the area of nursing recognized by facility


BLS
