The Administrative Nursing Supervisor assists Managers/Administration with specific responsibilities, which include

supervision of staff and continuous assessment and evaluation of delivery of patient care and clinical practice.

Advocates the philosophy, mission, vision, and values of the Medical Center with respect to cost, quality, and service.

Communicates effectively to Managers/Administration. Serves as administrative liaison during off shift hours. This

position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of St. Bernardine Medical

Center. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall

support St. Bernardine Medical Center's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the quality improvement/process

improvement activities. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in an acute care hospital; Minimum of 2 years experience in a charge position. Bachelors Degree preferred. Basic computer skills. California RN License; BLS; ACLS within 6 months of employment in the position.
