Job Description :

PowerBack Rehabilitation, a new post-acute care offering, is geared toward getting patients back home as quickly as possible. Providing skilled nursing, medical and rehabilitation therapy, PowerBack Rehabilitation offers highly personalized care plans designed to get patients home sooner.

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years RN Supervisory Experience to join our team.  This position is Full Time 7AM to 3PM and includes an every other weekend rotation.

As a Clinical Director, your responsibility to patients' progress is through the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care while achieving positive clinical outcomes. In addition, patient/family and employee satisfaction are priorities. The Clinical Director ensures that care delivery is consistent with the mission, vision, values and policies of Genesis HealthCare and in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. This includes mentoring and educating nurses, working with physicians and other medical professionals, and serving as a resource to all staff within the unit regarding the quality of services provided. To maintain clinical skills, the Clinical Director may also provide direct patient care.

Qualifications : 1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • Associate Degree in Nursing, 3 years of nursing experience. • Diploma, 3 years of nursing experience. • BSN, 2 years nursing experience. 2. BSN, and national certification in geriatric nursing or a relevant specialty preferred. 3. Successful completion of experience in leadership (i.e. head nurse, supervisor, etc.) for a minimum of one year. 4. Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses in the Center's state.PI80163110
