Provides supervision and leadership to BCH in specific unit. Specific functions include: patient flow, triage and bed placement coordination, staff and patient/family education, serves as patient/guest service ambassador, and assists with problem solving on tour of duty. Additionally, coordinates staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shift.

Current Florida license to practice nursing; three years clinical experience in a Labor and Delivery setting, with Charge Nurse experience. Advanced skills preferred; Bachelors Degrees (BSN or health care related) or must currently be matriculating or must commit to acquiring a Bachelors Degree within a written and agreed upon time frame.
This position is eligible for a $10,000 sign on bonus based on candidate experience and credentials.
