This position islocatedin US:WI:WEST BEND at ourCP-WEST BEND HEALTH CENTERfacility in the Walk-In Clinic Department.

The hours of the position are:

Every other Saturday and Sunday: 8:00-4:00

TheFTE (full time equivalent)for the position is:FTE: 0.200000

Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care rendered to patient with urgent, emergent or potential health problems and provides professional nursing care for clinic patients as directed by provider orders and in compliance with nursing standards. Other duties as assigned.

Summary:
One year related experience is preferred.

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse is required.

Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required upon hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required. American Academy of Pediatric (AAP) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) is required.
