Wehave an exciting opportunity to join our team asa Registered Nurse in Inpatient Psychiatry.To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current New York State RN license and current BLS certification with the American Heart Association and at least one year of acute Psychiatry experience. The successful candidate will work in our 22-bed locked voluntary unit licensed by the NYS Office of Mental Health. Adults are admitted with various psychiatric diagnoses. The unit promotes mental health through the development of interdisciplinary treatment goals and plans. The RNs are assigned to primary patients to foster continuity care and transition into the community
