Job Details:
  • This position is a relief, temporary position for up to 5 months 
  • MSN in Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner Program
  • Three years advanced practice family or adult nursing experience or equivalent education and/or experience. Five years strong family or adult advanced practice nursing experience preferred.
  • WA State RN and ARNP licensure with Basic Life Support (BLS) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) or Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-BC) certification or Nurse Practitioner Certified (NP-C). Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Controlled Substance Registration Certificate preferred
  • Must be eligible for privileges on PHSW's Allied Health Professional Staff
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze/problem solve
  • Ability to set priorities and make independent judgments
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Demonstrated ability in facilitation, teaching/training, coaching, stakeholder involvement and follow-up
  • Strong knowledge of psychotropic or medical pharmacology
  • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Job requires ability to lift objects weighing 50 lbs or less
