Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care rendered to patient with urgent, emergent or potential health problems and provides professional nursing care for clinic patients as directed by provider orders and in compliance with nursing standards. Other duties as assigned.

One year related experience.

Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education (Associates Degree) at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.

Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact); CPR Certification
