We are currently seeking a Per Diem Nursing Care Technician for our Cardiology department for Mount Sinai- Beth Israel located on 16th street and 1st avenue. In this position the chosen candidate will be monitoring vital signs, phlebotomy and fingersticks, perform stress testing, electrocardiograms, explain and administer Event recorder and Holter monitors as needed. Must have the ability to read and write English at a 10th grade level as well as the ability to perform math at a 9th grade level. Licensed EKG technician/Phlebotomist preferred. Applicable work experience may be considered in leiu of education requirements.
