The Operating Room Nurse Clinician II is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and directing those activities essential to the provision of quality nursing care for assigned patients; coordinating the medical plan provided by support service departments relating to the assigned patients; identifying and implementing nursing interventions and evaluates results; and demonstrating developing leadership qualities.
40 hours per week
7:00 am - 5:30 pm
Qualified candidates must have a current Maryland RN licensure and CPR certification. CORN and/or ACLS desirable. Bachelors Degree preferred. CPR required. Must have a minimum of one year OR experience. Able to scrub is a plus.
Suburban Hospitals Operating Room features 11 fully equipped surgical rooms, including two Open Heart suites, a cystoscopy suite, and a dedicated ophathalmology suite.
