   The Respiratory Therapistis a professional caregiver who assesses the respiratory needs of patients and works closely with physicians, nurses and other health care team members to administer all respiratory care procedures that provide the maximum therapeutic and diagnostic benefit to the patient. The Respiratory Therapist also administers non-invasive cardiology procedures dependent on the individual’s capabilities and training. Must be able to perform EKG’s; ability to perform PFT’s and/or bedside spirometry preferred.

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist to work primarily 12-hours shifts primarily 11:00am-11:30pm with rotation to 7:00 PM-7:30 AM. Weekend rotation and call required.

Qualifications:

  • Current Pennsylvania license as a Respiratory Therapist (or eligible for immediate Pennsylvania licensure).
  • RRT-Registered or Registry-eligible Respiratory Therapist certification required.
  • BLS/CPR and ACLS required.
  • CPFT Certification Preferred.
  • Ability to perform EKG’s required; experience with PFT’s and/or bedside spirometry preferred.
