Manages and oversees the coordination of educational activities encompassing Medical Staff and Clinical / Non-clinical service activities.  Works closely with Management to identify educational needs and develop quality educational programs and tools for stakeholder skills development.  Develops the education department and creates a professional learning environment within the organization.  Promotes a culture of learning through the deployment of a robust educational program.



  • Minimum BS/BA in business, humanities, healthcare management, Nursing or related field required.
  • If BSN-OCN is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of educational process and teaching methodologies required. 
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate easily with all stakeholders.  Supervisory experience required.
  • Minimum of five years progressive professional responsibility for management and administration of education programs, including curriculum development and demonstrated advanced knowledge of the education essentials and standards.
  • Experience developing curriculum utilizing adult learning principles
