The Quality Improvement Coordinator - RN will be responsible for assessing, analyzing and recommending quality and clinical performance improvement processes to assure that the highest standards of quality care can be achieved. This position will provide clinical expertise and support within the Quality, Performance Improvement and Credentialing Departments by assisting with quality assurance, performance improvement and health plan compliance. Additionally, this position is responsible for the gathering of quality metric data and presentation of reports to Cedars Sinai Medical Care Foundation Process Improvement Teams and Committees. Requires current California RN licensure, Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred and CPHQ desired. Five years' experience in support of quality improvement, process improvement or total quality measurement, data management and statistical experience is required, along with five years' prior work experience in an ambulatory healthcare setting.
