Coordinates the care of the transplant patient throughout the transplant phases, Arranges transplantation while on call to meet institutional and regulatory standards. Collaborates to provide the most cost-effective and appropriate care for the transplant population. Maximizes awareness and utilization of resources and services among patients, families and staff.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• 3 years of Nursing experience
• Current RN Texas License
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
