We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an AssistantNurse Managerin our Transplant Surgery / Hepatobiliary Medicine Unit.To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a current New York State RN license, current BLS certification with the American Heart Association and at least 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience demonstrating leadership skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct patient care; clinical prioritization and coordination for patient care activities; participation in development/ evaluation of staff; involvement in the development of unit/ service goals and participation in unit/service quality and performance improvement activities.
